Taylor Swift was called the lawsuit ‘ends with us’

Taylor Swift has been received by Justin Baldoni’s legal team in the ongoing legal horror surrounding the adaptation of his film, ends with us, dragging the global pop icon into an increasingly messy Hollywood dispute.

As mentioned by the variety, the summons, issued earlier this week, comes from a series of text messages and meetings referring to Baldoni’s $ 400 million defamation against actor and producer Blake Lively. While Swift has not been named as a defendant, Baldoni’s complaint reports her presence at a 2023 meeting at Lively’s New York Penthouse, where her husband and husband Lively Reynolds allegedly praised Lively’s re -registration for a basic roof scene, pushing Baldoni.

In a reported message, Baldoni later wrote alive, “he makes it much more fun and interesting. His lawyers claim that the moment is an example of dynamic power in the game and supports the wider claim that Lively and Reynolds launch the creative control of the film,” misconduct.

According to the suit, Lively was compared to Khaleesi, the queen of the dragon from Game of Thrones, writing: “My dragons also protect those I am fighting.

The Swift spokesman has steadily denied that the singer had any significant participation in the film. “Taylor Swift never consulted on casting, script changes or direction,” Variety’s spokesman said. “Her only contribution was the licensing of my tears Ricochet for use in the movie trailer and a scene, she never saw an early cut and only watched the film after her public release.”

The spokesman rejected the summons as an advertising trick: “This is clearly an attempt to use the name of Taylor Swift to create headlines and distract the facts of the case.”

Still, the Swift’s inclusion, either random or strategies, adds a new layer of star star to an already high -ranking legal drama that has been climbed since Lively has submitted a harassment against Baldoni in December. Since then, Baldoni has started offenses against Lively, Reynolds and the New York Times, who claim defamation.

The court has not yet ruled in the SWIFT’s summons and its legal team is expected to apply to win it in the coming days.
