Extremely processed foods associated with increasing early deaths, world study warns

Listen to the article Lifestyle: Consuming large amounts of over-processed foods (UPFs) significantly increases the risk of early death, according to an international study that has intensified invitations to emergency regulation. Monteiro is determined by highly processed foods that are made of cheap, manipulated ingredients with few whole foods and often contain synthetic additives that enhance the taste, soils and addiction to make them enjoyable and form a habit. Investigations conducted in eight countries, including England and the United States, found that every 10% increase in UPF intake increases the risk of death before the age of 75% by 3%.
