Anil Kapoor chooses to wear the Pakistani brand “Rastah”
As the latest Bollywood release Animal anticipates its rise to blockbuster status, fans are obsessing over the glitz and glam of the film’s premiere. The special screening in Mumbai recently caught the eye of fashion lovers who spotted Veteran actor Anil Kapoor wearing a jacket by Pakistani streetwear label Rastah. Anil, who plays Ranbir Kapoor’s father in Sandeep Reddy’s crime thriller Vanga, wore the ‘Hand-woven Dot Jacket’ from a collection of Rastah archives. According to the fashion brand’s website, the jacket symbolizes “notions of surveillance and personal autonomy in the digital age” and is entirely hand-woven by artist-tailor Master Ijaz
