Punjab’s Wildlife officials are going to return to court after Tiktok Rajab Butt star has failed to comply with a court order that demanded him to create and share monthly videos of awareness of wildlife.

Last month, the court had directed the Butt to produce videos in the first week of each month for the following year, with the aim of training the public about the importance of protecting wildlife. However, despite the February deadline, no videos were uploaded, nor did the Butt used the material provided by the Wildlife Department.

Mian Asim Kamran, deputy director of the Lahore area of Punjab Wildlife, confirmed that the actions of Butt had violated the court’s express instructions. “We will inform the court and seek action against Rajab Butt,” Kamran said.

Butt had previously been examined when he was found to be holding a lion illegally, a gift he received at his wedding. In response, Punjab’s Wildlife began legal action.

The court had presented the Butt with three options as punishment: imprisonment, intense fine or assumption of responsibility for creating a wildlife -raising video. Butt chose the third option, promises to use social media after raising awareness of the maintenance of wildlife.

Following this commitment, Butt met with Wildlife General Manager, Mudassir Riaz, and recognized his responsibilities. Its part gave the necessary materials to help create aggressive videos for the campaign.

However, with Butt not responding to February’s deadline for the first video, wildlife officials expressed their concern. “We will approach the court and seek further legal action to ensure that the court ruling is imposed,” Kamran said.

This case emphasizes the serious consequences of violating the judicial commands, with the authorities of wild fauna stressing that these violations must be decisively addressed to support the law and protect the wildlife of Pakistan.
