Mahira Khan bravely injured his leg to pay tribute to Parveen Babi

The star took to her IG Story to write, “This was a tough shoot, my first since my leg injury (three fractures in my right leg to be exact). I couldn’t move much and I hated it. The team he was so loving and caring.” She sent her love to specific members of the group by tagging them on her IG Story.

Mahira also shared a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot, showing her dedication to honoring Parveen Babi’s legacy. The superstar recalled the first time she encountered Parveen Babi’s charms, citing a Time magazine cover featuring the Indian actress. So I remember seeing this cover of Time magazine and it had the lovely Parveen Babi on it. This cover made me actually watch her movies. Some of her songs I just love. She was so beautiful, such a style idol,” expressed Mahira in the interview.

In another segment of the tribute, Mahira is seen wearing a silver kurta, standing in front of a giant screen projecting Parveen Babi’s iconic songs, creating an atmosphere that transports her into the world of the Bollywood legend.
