Shah Rukh Khan previously said that any possible role in Hollywood should be essential enough to respond to the huge respect he has gained from his world fanbase.

In an interview with the variety, he said: “I don’t want to hear the rise, but it should be a role worth the regime that the Indian audience gave me.” He stressed that he should not disappoint the people who supported him throughout his career.

This recent speculation about the future of Shah Rukh Khan in Hollywood came after years of avoiding small foreign roles. His refusal to undertake Hollywood’s small works was the result of his high appreciation for his audience and the enormous love he has received from them.

In the past, Shah Rukh Khan stated jokes that he did not feel suitable for western films, admitting that he did not know Kung Fu or Salsa and was not tall enough for the roles in the West.

This latest reputation is in line with recent developments in the Marvel universe, where the studio expands the list of different characters and there is a growing boost for more representation from around the world.

The latest major release of Shah Rukh Khan was Dunki (2023), starring with Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu, Anil Grover and Vishu Kaushal.
