Mastodon was just honoring the memory of their last guitarist, Brent Hinds.
The musician tragically died at the age of 51 after a motorcycle accident on August 20 and now, artists Heavy Metal, who marked their first show from his passage, gave Brent.
Drummer Brann Dailor said to the crowd: “We have lost someone very special for us yesterday.
Although Brent claims earlier this year that he had “kicked” Mastodon – it also consists of Bill Kelliher and Troy Sanders – Brann insists there was a lot of “love” for him in the band.
The 50 -year -old drummer continued: “We loved him so, so, so much. And we had the ups and downs of a 25 -year relationship, you know what I mean? It’s not always perfect, it’s not always amazing, but we were brothers in the end.”
“And we loved each other and we did a lot of, very beautiful music together. And I think this will endure the test of time, proven by you here tonight,” The Blood and thunder Talent was mentioned.
Brann further said: “So we will continue to play the beautiful, beautiful Brent music that helped us make, to form this band together and travel together and return to a truck, to put our heads for the beds of F ** King Kitty Litter on.”
“I don’t know. We are just a loss for words. We are completely destructive and crushed to lose him and never do it again. But you did it okay to come on stage and do that tonight. Oblivion Star said, expressing his gratitude to the fans.
“Thank you for helping us get through it. It was tough for us. But you are amazing king, so thank you,” Brann Dailor concluded.
