Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are a hidden challenge: unlocking the need for Daily Physical Activity among Children and Adolescents leads to achieving Sustainable Developmental Goals (SDGs). Physical activity plays a great role in balancing physical and mental health. Children and adolescents must engage themselves in 60 minutes of daily activity (World Health Organization: WHO, 2022). Hence, People who are not engaging themselves in daily physical activity are prone to get non-communicable diseases (NCDs). These are hidden and silently kill the person.
