Actor Sajid Hasan’s son arrested in connection with Mustafa Amir Murder case

KARACHI: In a shocking development, Sahir Hasan, the son of renowned actor Sajid Hasan, has been arrested in connection with the Mustafa Amir murder case in Karachi.

Law enforcement authorities launched a series of raids in various parts of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), targeting drug peddlers and users. During these operations, police apprehended at least four individuals, including Sahir Hasan, and seized a significant quantity of narcotics.

During the investigation, Sahir Hasan made startling revelations about the growing drug epidemic among the youth in DHA. He admitted to being involved in drug trafficking for the past two years, supplying narcotics to several individuals, including Armaghan Qureshi, the prime suspect in the Mustafa Amir murder case.

The Crime Investigation Agency (CIA) claimed to have recovered high-end narcotics, including foreign brands, valued at Rs 5 million from Sahir Hasan’s possession.

Meanwhile, the trial court has extended the physical remand of two key suspects, Armaghan Qureshi and Sheeraz, in the Mustafa Amir abduction and murder case. The court granted an additional five-day remand for further investigation.
