The White House on Friday criticized the Nobel Prize for the Nobel Prize to grant the Peace Award to a Venezuelan opposition leader instead of US President Donald Trump, who aggressively put pressure on the prize and had his role in the prize.
“President Trump will continue to make peace agreements, end the wars and save life. He has the heart of a humanitarian and there will never be someone who can move mountains with the enormous power of his will,” said White House spokesman Steven Cheung.
“The Nobel Commission has shown that they place politics over peace.”
The Norwegian Nobel Prize has granted the annual Award at the Maria Corina Machado in Venezuela, citing “courageous defenders of freedom who rise and resist authoritarian leadership.
Trump has fought for the award and has just announced a ceasefire and hostage agreement to end the Gaza war.
The president has not yet commented on Nobel’s decision, but he posted three videos about the truth of his social account on Friday morning of supporters celebrating the Gaza Agreement.
Trump claims he has finished eight wars since he is taking over his duties and insists he is worth the Nobel, though he recently said he was expected to be fully passed.
“Will you get the Nobel Prize? Absolutely not.
He said it would be a “great insult” in the United States if he didn’t get it.
Nobel Prize nominations must have been made before January 31 to apply to this year’s award. Trump returned to the White House for his second term on January 20th.
