EU launches programs to boost skills, clean energy in Britain

GILGIT BALTISTAN: The European Union (EU) has launched two flagship programs in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) to enhance skills and promote clean energy, a statement released on Thursday said. PARIS: Teens’ math and reading skills are in unprecedented decline in dozens of countries, and school closures due to COVID are only partly responsible, the OECD said on Tuesday in its latest survey of global learning standards.
