Bilquis Edhi: The Mother of Orphans

When we Pakistani people hear the name EDHI our hearts automatically fill with proud love and respect and lately, I’ve been hearing this name everywhere on News, tv, social media but this time it’s not just only love and respect in our hearts but also sorrow since Pakistan has lost a gem in the shape of our very own. Bilquis Edhi was born on August 14, 1947, and died at the age of 74 on April 15, 2022, the whole of Pakistan is upset about her demise because she has done plenty of amazing work for Pakistan and its people.
