Gasoline prices in Pakistan may rise from September 16

Gasoline prices in Pakistan could increase to 1.54 Rs per liter since September 16, while the high -speed diesel engine can be increased by RS4.79, according to industry sources on Saturday. Preliminary calculations also indicate that kerosene could be raised from RS3.06 and light diesel from RS3.68 per liter. The oil and gas regulatory authority (OGRA) will send its final work to the Oil Department on September 15th. The Petroleum Department and the Ministry of Finance will then promote the proposal, including contributions and taxes, to the Prime Minister for approval.
