Oil Holds Above $87 as Trump Demands Compensation and Hormuz Hopes Fade

Brent held at $87.81 after rising more than 5 per cent on Monday, when Trump answered Iran's conditions with a demand that it pay compensation. Hormuz crude and product exports fell to 3 million barrels a day from 4.4 million the week before.
