Five Refineries Line Up $5 Billion of Upgrades as Parco Commits to a Green Fuel Project

Five domestic refineries plan to invest $4.5 to $5 billion in green fuel and bottom-of-barrel projects. Parco has agreed to a $600 million upgrade and PRL plans to double its crude capacity to 100,000 barrels a day.
