The series will be played at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad & Tobago on August 8, 10 and 12.
The right hand hits Hasan Nawaz is the only player who has not been completed in the ODI team, while Babar Azam and Shaheen Shah Afridi is part of the ODI team.
Pakistan will also play three T20IS against Western Indians, scheduled for July 31, 2 and 3rd, at the Broward Park & Broward County Central Park in Lauderhill, USA. Several key players, such as Salman Mirza, Akif Javed and Imam-Ul-Haq, have fallen from the Pakistan team.
In the T20i group, the new Pacers Abbas Afridi, Salman Mirza and Ahmed Daniyal have fallen. All three had appeared in the recent three-series T20I games against Bangladesh, where Pakistan suffered a 2-1 defeat to Mirpur.
Salman Mirza’s blockade set eyebrows as he was Pakistan’s top wicket-taker in the series, ending with seven wickets in three games with an impressive 5.21 economy. Ahmed Daniyal, who also made his debut in this series, took three wickers in two races at a 5.57 economy and entered 17 valuable strikes at a strike of 154.54.
Abbas Afridi, known for his performances in the Pakistan of Super League (PSL), could not have a significant impact and is also left of the tourist party.
In the ODI team, several players from the team who faced New Zealand earlier this year have fallen. Akif Javed, USMan Khan, Imam-Ul-Haq, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Ali, Mohamad Wasim Jr., Irfan Khan, Haris Rauf and Tayyab Tahir are missing from the 16-member team for the three-race series.
Imam-Ul-Haq, who returned to Pakistan’s ODI facility against New Zealand, was not included. Similarly, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Akif Javed, USman Khan, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Ali, Irfan Khan and Tayyab Tahir, who were expected to be part of Pakistan’s long -term designs, also failed to maintain their places.
The young Pacer Akif Javed, who impressed the New Zealand series earlier this year taking seven wickets in three games on average 23.57, is also left of the team.
Another notable exclusion from the ODI team is Khushdil Shah, who recently presented himself in the Trophy Trophy match against India, where he scored 38 runs to help Pakistan reach a respectable whole. He also claimed a wicket in this game.
The Wicketkeeper-Batter USman Khan has also fallen from the team without giving him an appropriate opportunity to the ODI team. It was presented in just two matches, marking 51 runs.
