Islamabad:

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif expressed his conviction that the pending tax cases of 400 billion Rs would be resolved, as reflected in a recent Sindh High Court decision, which had resulted in the 23 billion RS for the government.

While discussing the government’s achievements at a recent cabinet meeting, the prime minister underlined the basic reforms introduced in the past year. For the first time, Pakistan has successfully implemented e -government, digitized the Federal Revenue Council and improved foreign exchange reserves of $ 4 billion to $ 12 billion.

However, he described the country’s state -owned “Pits Downless” businesses due to the accumulated losses of 850 billion RSs and stressed the need to revise efficiency and reduction of losses.

The prime minister said that as soon as terrorism was eliminated, investment will flow in Pakistan, allowing him to recover the lost stature on the world stage.

He was proud of the fact that for the first time in Pakistan’s history, all state institutions were aligned, collaborating on national prosperity. He emphasized the importance of increasing income, attracting investment and a decrease in loans to secure a brighter future for the country.

Concerning the economy, the prime minister recalled that when his government took over his duties, Pakistan was on the brink of financial collapse, with the fear of default. However, through dedicated efforts, its administration successfully stabilized the economy.

It issued members of the Council of Ministers and government officials for their role in recovery, including the sharp decline in inflation, the reduction of the policy rate, the increase in foreign remittances, the increase in foreign investment and the highest stocks.

He claimed that even more effort was needed to maintain momentum and transition from stabilization to prolonged economic growth under the “Uraan Pakistan” program. With the continuation of the policy, Pakistan could be made of $ 1 trillion by 2035.

The prime minister acknowledged Saudi Arabia’s recent expansion from a $ 1.2 billion oil unit and overturning the UAE President of $ 2 billion in financial support. He noted that friendly countries helped organize $ 5 billion to respond to a IMF funding situation and believed the army leader to play a key role in financial improvements as they worked to secure international support.

Despite the challenges, Sharif said, Pakistan was on the march towards economic recovery and long -term stability.
