Kelly Clarkson slams ‘crazy’ beauty standards set by the industry

The elites in the Hunger Games Capitol seem to wear excessive makeup and flashy wardrobes. Now, Kelly Clarkson claims that the entertainment industry has also set these, what she describes as “crazy”, standards of beauty.

This criticism comes during her stay at Studio Sessions in Las Vegas, where she recalls that her former manager in the early days of her career advised her to get plastic surgery for her breasts.

“I had a manager *i** once tell me to get *o** a job,” he tells the crowd. “I was like, ‘Why don’t you get *i** job?’ Like, what? I’m fine with my itty-bitty ****i**! Get out of here.”

THE Stronger The hitmaker continues her critique, “People say that **i*. They say that to people in the industry all the time. They say the craziest **i*. I’m like, ‘That’s not normal. You’ve been normalized crazy”… Everyone’s out here looking like they’re in the Capitol in “The Hunger Games””.

The daytime show host also airs her views on plastic surgery to make her position on it clear. “You do. Don’t make me do you. I like my lean ****i***. They’ve served me well.”

It’s worth noting that Kelly previously postponed her appearances after her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, was terminally ill.

“Unfortunately, I have to postpone the remaining dates of the August Studio sessions in Las Vegas,” he wrote.

“While I usually keep my personal life private, over the past year, my children’s father has been ill and right now, I have to be fully there for them.”

“I am truly sorry for everyone who bought tickets to the shows and greatly appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding.”

Later, Brandon died of cancer. The couple split in 2020, having been married for seven years. They share two children.
