Gautam Gambhir rejects the criticism of India’s advantage in Dubai

The coach of the Indian team of Cricket Gautam Gambhir has rejected strongly that India enjoys an advantage in Dubai’s playing conditions after the four Wicket win over Australia in the ICC Champions Trophy champion.

The 2013 champions became the first team to secure a point in the final after Australia’s overrun with four wickets on Tuesday.

At a press conference on Tuesday, Gambhir addressed India’s charges that benefit from Dubai’s conditions, calling them unfounded and unfounded.

He said: “Even if this tournament was held in Pakistan, we would still have gone with two spinners.

Gambhir continued to emphasize that the Indian team had not even practiced a day at the international stage of Dubai. Instead, their training was conducted at the ICC Academy of Cricket, which has different conditions from the main space.

He further treats criticism, saying, “Tell me, when and where India played a tournament under these current Dubai conditions? I can’t remember.” He added that Dubai’s conditions were not familiar with all teams, including India, noting that the stadiums do not favor India in a special way.

The former cricket also responded to critics focusing on players’ statistics, such as the routes and wickets, not their impact on the game.

“As journalists, you are considering numbers and statistics. We analyze the impact a player has on the game.

Gambhir expressed full confidence in his team’s abilities, stating: “Our players have been distinguished in every part of the game, each of them has taken responsibility and showed hunger to win, but the job has not yet been done, there is still a crucial fight to win.”

Facing the constant criticism of the team’s choice, Gambhir rejected it, stating: “We don’t care about the criticism of foreigners.

With the team that now focuses on the final, Gambhir’s observations reflect the determination and confidence in the camp as they aim for another trophy championship victory.
