NEW YORK:
Stablecoin Circle’s initial public offer of Essuer Circle could promote other major encryption players to follow their example, as the industry benefits from the arms of US President Donald Trump, according to experts and analysts.
The cycle priced its shares at $ 31 on Wednesday. In a sign of investor demand, they opened on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday at $ 69 per piece and closed at $ 83.23.
This orbit is likely to encourage other encryption companies that see the debut of the stock market. Circle is the first major encryption company to be public since Crypto Exchange Coinbase is listed in Nasdaq in 2021.
Analysts have highlighted Kraken and Gemini encryption exchanges as other possible IPO candidates in the field of digital assets. Nor did the company immediately respond to a request for comments.
“It would not be amazing if other encryption companies follow their example,” said Jacob Zuller, an analyst on the third bridge. “Public markets have accepted that Crypto is not going away.”
Circle issues Stablecoin USDC, a US dollar encryption and designed to maintain a fixed value. Encryption traders use stablecoins to carry funds between brands and supporters say they could be used to send and receive payments immediately.
“We had a deep belief since the launch of the company that we could build a new infrastructure for money built on the internet, which could radically reshape the usefulness of money,” CEO Ceo Cere Jeremy Allaire said in an interview with Reuters.
Circle’s IPO success shows that there is demand for public markets for cryptographic companies and other financial technology companies, said Dan Dolev, a senior analyst by Mizuho. “If iPos are wild, it’s a good bell,” he said.
NYSE Lynn Martin Group President took a step further, calling Circle’s IPO a positive sign not only for encryption lists, but for the IPO in general. “I see the iPO cycle as a bellweether for iPO purchases this year, not just for encryption lists,” he said.
Fintech companies have been warmly received in recent months. Etoro retail shares increased by 34% in their Nasdaq debut in May. The Digital Banking Startup Chime seeks estimation of more than $ 11 billion when it begins next week.
