Blake Lively Shares Alleged Evidence of Justin Baldoni’s Smear Campaign Against Her

According to Blake Lively’s new lawsuit, Justin Baldoni orchestrated an online smear campaign against the actress amid It ends with Us hatred.

In her lawsuit, Lively shared screenshots of Baldoni’s text messages with PR executive Jennifer Abel and crisis management expert Melissa Nathan, where she allegedly plans a smear campaign using Hailey Bieber as an example.

In one of the screenshots used in the lawsuit (obtained by People), Baldoni shares a screenshot of a post about Hailey Bieber shared on X (formerly Twitter) that read: “Hailey Bieber’s story of bullying many women”.

“That’s what we would need,” o Jane the Virgin the star wrote alongside the image.

Abel responded: “Yeah, I literally just talked to Melissa about this at the break about what we talked about last night about social and digital. Focus on Reddit, TikTok, [Instagram].”

The lawsuit further claimed that Abel sent a text to Nathan that same day, which read, “I’m having reckless thoughts about wanting to plant pieces this week about how horrible working with Blake is… Just to catch up.”

“Same,” Nathan replied, saying a friend of the reporter was “ready when we are.”

In the lawsuit, the Gossip Girl The actress also claims that crisis talks about the film took place at her request and were attended by her husband Ryan Reynolds. The actress shared a list of requests that were reportedly accepted by the studio and included, “no more personal, physical touching or sexual comments from Mr. Baldoni or Mr. Heath to be tolerated by [Blake Lively] and/or any of its employees, as well as any female cast or crew without their express consent.”

Further requests included: “no further addition of sex, oral sex, or on-camera climax scenes by BL outside the scope of the script approved by BL when the project was signed.”

Fans noticed tension between Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively when while promoting the film, the duo did not do interviews together. Even in its lavish premiere It Ends With Us there were two clear groups of cast and other executives on the red carpet.
