As the race for the White House heats up with President Joe Biden facing Republican nominee Donald Trump in November, Barack Obama has jumped into the fray to save his former vice president from re-election.
Former President Barack Obama sat down for hours at the White House with Joe Biden and discussed how to defeat Donald Trump amid an intensifying battleground, according to CNN report.
In a video call between Obama, Biden and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi at the White House residence marking the 14th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, the former president said: “We have an opportunity to do even more, but this it only happens if we send Joe and Kamala back to the White House in November.”

“Well, we have to keep working,” the 62-year-old said.
CNN reported that “the campaign also recorded other content the two presidents plan to release in the coming weeks.”
Obama maintains close contact with Biden administration officials on a regular basis.
He is helping 81-year-old Biden in his re-election bid with fundraisers and meetings.

At a fundraiser, two former presidents, Obama and Bill Clinton, will meet with Biden in a rare conversation, moderated by Stephen Colbert.
Their meeting shows that the US is at a critical moment in history, where it is in high spirits to defeat Donald Trump.
“No one can speak to frustrated Democrats better than President Obama.” CNN reported a close face of Obama and Biden.
