LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Thursday said that statement of Asif Ali Zardari about Nawaz Sharif is unfortunate.
Shehbaz, who is also Opposition Leader in National Assembly, said that Mian Nawaz Sharif’s unwavering commitment to Pakistan has always been unquestionable and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari knows the conditions in which PML-N supremo had to go abroad.
We should refrain from such remarks and work for the greater good of country, the PML-N president stressed.
Without taking Nawaz Sharif’s name, Asif Zardari had accused the PML-N chief of being against Pakistan. “They are against my homeland. Those who don’t wish to die in my homeland, what can they do?”
