A Texas woman was sentenced to five years in prison to try to drown a 3-year-old Palestinian-American Muslim girl in an incident in May 2024 that local police said she was motivated by racial bias.
Court files and procedures reported by New CBS And Fort Worth’s star-telegram showed that Judge Andy Porter condemned Elizabeth Wolf, 43, after being guilty of attempting to kill and injure a child. Wolf was accused last year after the attack, sentenced by then President Joe Biden, and resigned from a trial from the jury.
