BAHAWALPUR: Tech Nation’s Digital Conference 2022 is beginning tomorrow in Islamia College Bahawalpur, featuring dozens of tech and digital entrepreneurs.
The mega-conference will feature over 2500 participants, 50+ speakers and 8 workshops, offering multiple networking opportunities for young and dynamic teams.
Founded by duo Umair Majeed and Umar Majeed, Tech Nation is all set to facilitate the tech ecosystem in South Punjab that is abundant in talent while opportunities are scarce.
The brothers, who run Datics, a leading Artificial Intelligence startup in Lahore are well geared to unite the tech and digital community together with speakers ranging from the SAPM on E Commerce, Syed Aon Abbas Bappi to Commissioner SECP Shauzab Ali.
Speaking to The Pakistan Daily, Umar said: “Through Tech Nation we want youth to realise this that there is no shortcut and they really have to work hard, be consistent and prepare themselves for the next opportunity. Luck is when opportunity meets the preparation and Tech Nation aims to be a catalyst for this preparation.”
“Tech Nation is a movement to make the younger generation of Pakistan more professional and grow more in the Technology landscape. We have been seeing youth getting distracted or seeking shortcuts to get overnight success, Tech Nation aims to provide them with a framework that will lead them to success,” Umair Majeed Rana who is the brains behind the conference told The Pakistan Daily in an exclusive conversation.
The two day conference will also feature international guests, including Mr Han who serves as the MD of Huawei Cloud.
