LAHORE: Pakistani tech millionaire Qasim Asad Salam celebrated his birthday in Lahore surrounded by friends and family.
The birthday party was hosted by Noaman Zakir, the Creative Director of Rici Melion at Casa de Rici on M M Alam Road, Lahore.
Speaking to The Pakistan Daily, Noaman Zakir said: “For the world, Qasim Salam sab is a successful tech entrepreneur and the CEO of Remotebase but for me, he is my best friend who has always stood by me through thick and thin. I wish him a very happy birthday and pray that he gets all the happiness he desires.”
Human rights activist and political commentator, Mohtarma Reham Khan tweeted a birthday wish to Qasim Salam saying: “Happy Birthday @qasimasalam”.
The birthday party was attended by various notables of Lahore including Chinioti businessmen Muneeb Ahmad, Hassaan Ibrahim, Ahmad Naseem, Ahsan Nasir, Talha Mehboob and Ibrahim Anwar.
Talha Mehboob, who serves as the Managing Director of HMT Tiles said: “Qasim Salam is one of the inspirational people I’ve met and it’s a pleasure and privilege to be his friend. I wish him the best for the future.”

Leather baron Muneeb Ahmad who is amongst Qasim Salam’s oldest friends extended his best wishes and full support to Qasim Salam for all his future endeavours.
Construction magnate Ahmad Naseem who is currently the CEO of Home Makers said: “Proud of you Qassim for all your achievements, wishing you a very happy birthday, keep growing and disrupting the tech ecosystem of Pakistan.”
Lahori Socialites including Mohammad Waheed, Sajeel Sehgal, Sheikh Salaar Shahid, Hassan Attique, Mian Ahsan, Mooez Chaudhry and many others were also present on the occasion celebrating Qasim Salam’s birthday bash.
Commenting on the occasion, journalist Hamza Azhar Salam said: “I am amongst the luckiest people in the world because Qasim Salam sab is my elder brother. He has stood by us through thick and thin and has always been a pillar of support for our friends and family.
