WASHINGTON: The International Criminal Court (ICC) has made public four arrest warrants against senior Taliban figures over the alleged persecution of women and girls in Afghanistan, which the court says amounts to a crime against humanity. The warrants target Taliban Supreme Leader Haibatullah Akhundzada, Chief Justice Abdul Hakim Haqqani, Habibullah Agha, and Neda Mohammad Nadim.
