No cabinet meeting at Corps Commander’s house, says Barrister Saif

PESHAWAR: “Following tradition, an Iftar dinner was hosted at the Corps Commander’s office instead of a formal cabinet meeting,” stated Barrister Muhammad Ali Saif, the advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Information. Speaking to the private news channel, Barrister Saif clarified that an Iftar dinner was held at the Corps Commander Headquarters in Peshawar, where the Chief Minister, his aides, and cabinet members met with military officials and were briefed on the security situation. He explained that no formal cabinet meeting took place at the Corps Commander Headquarters; instead, an Iftar invitation was accepted as per customary
