LAS VEGAS: Alex Pereira defends his lightweight championship by knocking out Jiri Prochazka in the second round of the UFC 303 main event In the main event of UFC 303 on Saturday, light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira took on former titleholder Jiri Prochazka in a highly anticipated rematch. Their first meeting at UFC 295 last November ended with Pereira securing a second-round TKO victory over Prochazka. Prior to UFC 303, Prochazka had secured a TKO victory over Aleksandar Rakic at UFC 300 in April, while Pereira entered the octagon on a three-fight winning streak, most recently knocking out Jamahal Hill
