Maryam Nawaz chairs maiden meeting of Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority

Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif presided over maiden formal meeting of the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA). The meeting approved the establishment of PERA offices, appointments, rules and regulations and other matters. The Chief Minister directed to ensure transparency and merit for appointment and hiring purposes in PERA and directed to formulate an effective monitoring system in the Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA). The meeting approved establishment of 4 committees relating to Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) which include Administration Logistics Committee, Finance Committee, Legal Committee and Technical Committee.
