25 soldiers martyred in two terrorist attacks in DI Khan
At least 25 army personnel were martyred and several others injured in a terrorist attack at a police station in Dera Ismail Khan in the wee hours of Tuesday. As per the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 27 terrorists were killed by the security forces in an intelligence-based operation later. The terrorists were involved in attacks on security forces and civilians. The ISPR said arms and ammunition were recovered from the killed terrorists. At around 3am on Tuesday, six terrorists attacked a police station in the Daraban area of Dera Ismail Khan, however, their attempt to enter the premises was foiled.
