150 GDA workers booked after anti-PPP demo in Sanghar

Sanghar: An FIR was registered against 150 protesters who staged a protest to stop their political rival Shazia Marri’s election rally in Sanghar. On the complaint of SHO Sanghar an FIR bearing No 06 of 2024 under sections 341, 353, 147, 149 PPC was registered at Sanghar police station against 20 identified persons including 04 females. All accused were GDA supporters. The FIR reflected the name of Shah Jahan Junejo who is son of PPP loyal late Shahnawaz Junejo, a close aide of Benazir Bhutto, his brother Muhammad Khan Junejo recently joined GDA and filed nomination papers from NA 209
