Expert reveals whether Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are really opening up about trying to make peace with the royal family
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly been struggling financially since stepping down from their roles as senior royals in 2020.
As such, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are “desperate” to get back into the royal family’s “good graces” to save themselves from further humiliation.
In an effort to do so, the California-based royal couple called King Charles on his 75th birthday to wish him and even sent him a video of their children singing “happy birthday.”

In an interview with Mark Dolan on GB Newsroyal family and showbiz commentator Kinsey Schofield was asked for her opinion on whether Harry and Meghan did in fact strike a ‘peace deal’.
“I mean, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would desperately like to be,” he replied. “It’s Page Six reporting that Harry and Meghan had a key chat with King Charles after this alleged birthday bash.”
“Okay, here, let me tell you what happened,” he continued. “What we are hearing from this side is that Harry and Meghan are struggling to prove their worth without being associated with the royal family.
“You know, look at Meghan’s podcast Archetypes, where she tried to distance herself from the royal family. It was Meghan talking to Paris Hilton and Mariah and all these American celebrities who didn’t get along analytically.
“That’s why they lost their deal with Spotify. What blew up, even though it was a year ago, was their Netflix series where all they did was trash the royal family.
“So to buyers, to people like Amazon, who might be looking at them for a podcast series. For Netflix. They look to them to really go where their value is, which is their connection to the royal family.
“Harry and Meghan need to get back into the royal family’s good graces,” he said before concluding.
