
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday held a meeting with members of the National Assembly.
According to the details, the meetings were held at PM’s Chamber at the Parliament House to address concerns of the lawmakers ahead of the Senate elections.
MNA Noor Alam Khan met with the PM. Defence Minister Pervaiz Khattak and Special Assistant Malik Muhammad Amir Dogar were also present during the meeting.
Federal Minister Noorul Haq Qadri, MNA, Sajid Khan, MNA Amjad Ali Khan, Uzma Jadoon, Nafeesa Khattam and others met the premier. On the occasion, Defense Minister Pervaiz Khattak and SAPM, Malik Muhammad Amir Dogar were also present.
The prime minister also met with the female PTI’s members.
Meanwhile, the Prime minister also called on CM Usman Buzdar and Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar. During the meeting, the upcoming senate election strategy was discussed.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will also meet coalition MNAs ahead of the March 3 Senate election.
With the Senate polls just two days away, political meetings to win the support of allies are at their peak. PM Khan will also hold meetings with MNAs over the next days. He will listen to their issues and try to alleviate them. The PTI has directed its members to ensure their presence in Islamabad for the next three days.
