ISLAMABAD: Opposition leaders Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar and Dr Musadik Malik shared pictures of spy cameras that were allegedly installed to distort the sanctity of the secret ballot.
Elections for the Senate’s Chairman and Deputy Chairman will be held today.
Taking to Twitter, opposition leaders shared evidence of the spy cameras.
Social media users compared Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar and Dr Musadik Malik with Sherlock Homes and Dr Watson.
PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry helped the Opposition find another camera after sharing a photo of a spy camera that could be fitted in a head of a nail.
On the other hand, Information Minister Shibli Faraz blamed the Opposition for the entire fiasco.
He said: “Opposition’s sinister plan of cameras in polling booth exposed. The tactics used in senate elections in NA by opposition where they converted majority into minority using all criminal tactics. That’s why PDM opposed open ballot .Era of loot & plunder taking last breath.”
