Navy Ship NASR reaches Syria with relief good for quake-victims

The Pakistan Navy has been regularly undertaking humanitarian assistance and disaster relief missions abroad in line with government policies.

In a news release, Pakistan Navy said its ship NASR reached Syria earlier this week with 665 tonnes of relief goods which is a testament to the PN’s resolve to extend all-out support to brotherly countries at times of need.

During meetings with Syrian officials, the Mission Commander and Commanding Officer of the ship expressed condolences on behalf of Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and the people of Pakistan.
