Mufti Qavi says he wants to marry Rakhi Sawant

Mufti Abdul Qavi once again created the dispute with his latest observations during a podcast with Muneezay Moeen, where he expressed his intentions to marry actress Bollywood Rakhi Sawant.

Known for his provocative statements, Mufti Qavi mentioned Sawant’s recent Umrah pilgrimage, praising her spiritual journey and calling her “respectable woman”.

The discussion took another unexpected turn when Mufti Qavi addressed Rakhi Sawant’s public interest to marry a Pakistani scholar. He offered a conditional answer, saying, “I am here and ready, but with one condition: I will first ask my mother for license. If it allows me, because it is her order, you must ask me before you get married.”

In addition, Mufti Qavi shared a personal anecdote for his previous marriage, including a woman from a prominent family with historical ties with elements such as Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad, Quaid-E-Azam, Gandhi Ji and Nehru. She recalled the tragic end of the marriage because of her premature death, expressing that she still honors her memory praying in her grave.
