TV personality Molly-Mae Hague recently got candid and shared her thoughts on her first Christmas after her split from Tommy Fury.
On Wednesday, December 25, Haig uploaded a vlog to her official YouTube channel and shared an emotional moment with her followers, revealing the challenges of spending the holidays without her ex.
In the video, the 25-year-old can be heard telling fans she’s feeling “deflated” ahead of her first Christmas since splitting from Fury.
THE Island of Love The star showed off moments of herself and 23-month-old Bambi in Lapland, UK.
She quipped, “I don’t really know why – well, I know why, actually. But I’ve just found the last few days quite mentally challenging and I’ve been quite down to be honest and not in the mood to pick up my camera.’
The mother-of-one went on to explain that ‘even if I had taken my camera, it would have been like fake happiness and fake Christmas giddiness and I would never come and act in a way that I don’t feel. That’s why I come now and tell you that I felt a little low.”
Haig also noted saying: “It’s so sad when people say that Christmas is all about emotions and for people it can be a really, really sad time of year and I feel like I’ve been so blessed in my life, I’ve never really felt that way at Christmas , it was always a really positive time for me.”
“But I feel like this is the first Christmas where I can really understand what people are talking about when they talk about how it really makes you feel. Like when things happen in your personal life, it can really bring it all out and make you feel 10 times worse,” concluded the PrettyLittleThing brand ambassador.
It is pertinent to mention that Haig and Fury, a British boxer and TV personality who met in the fifth season of Love Island UK., split in October 2023 after five years together.
Notably, the couple also welcomed their first daughter, named Bambi, on January 23, 2024.
