Lollywood hunk Ali Rehman Khan tests positive for COVID-19
Pakistan’s acclaimed actor, Ali Rehman Khan has confirmed that he has contracted novel coronavirus on Thursday.
The 32-year-old took to Instagram to share the grim news with his fans, writing, “Despite being super careful and taking all precautions, I have unfortunately tested positive for Covid-19. I have informed everyone I have been in contact with and Alhamdulillah they are all safe.”
“Please keep me in your prayers and thoughts,” he added. The star also requested his followers to follow SOPs, reminding them that we are in a middle of a high-risk situation. “Wear a mask and follow all SOPs for yourself and those around you. I hope and pray that you and your families stay safe,” he concluded.
Khan is the latest in a string of celebrities falling prey to the novel coronavirus. Earlier, Mahira Khan, Sanam Jung, Neelum Munir and cricket legend Sana Mir contracted coronavirus.
