Legendary American TV host Larry King dies aged 87
Larry King, the TV and radio host extraordinaire, known for his in-depth interviews and signature style, has died, aged 87.
King died on January 23 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was 87.
Larry King’s death was announced on Twitter by his production studio, Ora Media.
The cause of the death was not mentioned in the post, however, some media outlets had earlier reported that the TV host was hospitalized with COVID-19.
The statement reads: ‘With profound sadness, Ora Media announces the death of our co-founder, host and friend Larry King, who passed away this morning aged 87 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
