KARACHI: Lawyer Jibran Nasir was abducted by 15 gunmen who stopped his car in DHA Karachi, his wife, Mansha Pasha said.
In a complaint shared with Sindh Police, Mansha Pasha said that around 11 PM, she was travelling back home with her husband in DHA Phase 5 Karachi when two cars, a white Vigo and a Toyota Corolla slammed her car.
Pasha said around fifteen men armed with pistols manhandled her husband and forced him to come in their car.
Jibran Nasir is a human rights activist who has frequently worked for the causes of minorities and other persecuted communities of Pakistan.
His abduction has drawn massive criticism from civil society who demand his immediate release.
