ISLAMABAD: PTI Senator Faisal Vawda said that Jahangir Khan Tareen (JKT) group can be handled by one SHO.
While speaking on the talk show with a private news channel, the PTI leader said Jahangir Tareen earned respect through Imran Khan and he should be thankful.
He added that the PTI does not know the politics that entails sending a police van to the opponents.
He further said that “There is no doubt that Jahangir Tareen is an intelligent and successful person. But, he is not Imran Khan, for sure.”
“Imran Khan is the leader and he will remain so. And, with 50 million Jahangir Tareens, 500 million Faisal Vawdas, and 500 million cabinets put together, they cannot create a single Imran Khan,” he said.
Vawda said that the entire group can be handled by one SHO.
In response to Faisal Vawda, PTI Provincial minister Syed Yawar Abbas Bukhari criticised Vawda and said to “Shut his mouth.”
He also condemns the Vawda statement of using force against the JKT group.
“Pakistan politics should move towards maturity. We didn’t have any personal issue with PMLN supremo Mian Nawaz Sharif or PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari. We have a different political opinion but we cannot use abusive words for them,” Bukhari said.
