LAHORE: Pacer Haris Rauf slapped teammate Kamran Ghulam for dropping a catch during the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) match between Lahore Qalandars and Peshawar Zalmi.
According to the details, the incident took place in the second over of the match after Rauf dismissed Zalmi opener Mohammad Haris.
On the second ball of the same over, Ghulam had dropped a simple catch of Hazratullah Zazai at point.
Later in the 17th over, Ghulam was able to run out Zalmi skipper Wahab Riaz (1). At this, Rauf came and hugged him.
Rauf is known for his aggressive behaviour on the field, in the past, as he also had to apologise for a cut-throat celebration, after taking a wicket, during the Big Bash League in 2020.
However, despite this, Twitterati are not pleased with Rauf’s behaviour and termed it unacceptable.
