Actress, model and host Fiza Ali has often garnered attention for her divorce. The celebrity recently sat down for a heart-to-heart Good morning Pakistan where she shared the arguments that led to her split with ex-husband Fawad Farooq. Fiza recounted how Fawad collapsed in court in the middle of divorce proceedings.

“I honestly wasn’t his type. He wanted someone well educated, but I’m just a ‘BA-pass’. He wanted someone well-groomed with English-style hair and all that,” he added, explaining how bad their match was. “These things would hurt me a lot. Why can I get ready for everyone, but if I get ready for him, there’s no romance at the end of it?’
The Naagin The actor said that the two were great friends, but that intimacy could not sustain a marriage. “[He never said] Fiza, let’s go out by car. Or let’s go eat together. Let’s go shopping. In all the years of our marriage, perhaps no one told Fawad [about these things] but I tried hard,” he revealed.
