ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry gets an additional portfolio of information minister.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed Chaudhry to take the charge of the information ministry. A notification in this regard would be issued shortly.
PTI Senator Faisal Javed also confirmed that. In his tweet, Javed stated: “Congratulations @fawadchaudhry for getting reappointed as Federal Minister for Information. Wish you all the best. Lots of prayers”
Prime Minister Imran Khan will also reshuffle the portfolios of several other federal ministers.
Shibli Faraz, who was previously serving as information minister, did not take oath after becoming Senator again from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
