Marvel’s first family returns for another launch, this time in all the ever -growing Marvel Cinematic Universe. The official trailer for the Fantastic Four: First steps fell on Thursday, with a star-star Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, Vanessa Kirby as Susan Storm, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm driving the film. The film hits theaters on July 25th.
Aware of his audience, our trailer eliminates the details, just to remove what you know if you have watched the former sub-first traditions. Reed, Sue, Ben and Johnny start in space with high prospects, only to return as a major fantastic, invisible woman, the thing and the human lens. We get it, the MCU gets it. We’ve seen this movie several times before, so the trailer cuts exactly what is important – because this story is worth saying it again.
In the retro-futuristic world of the 1960s, Matt Shakman’s heroes are very much involved in the physical and mental pressure of their superhuman abilities. Instead, we have Ben Lifting Cars to impress the kids, Reed and Sue for a superbaby, and Johnny is … well, Johnny – Elated as always. In this utopian world, MCU takes a shift away from its consistent contemporary approach to MultiVerse in favor of attracting Vintage’s abundance, a dip in color and the usual technology infusion.
So what is the catch? If you haven’t already guessed, they are intergalactic supervillains. Even initial shots must remain loyal to their roots, at least in some way. Unlike the Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007), the upcoming movie chooses not to introduce a MCU version of Norrin Radd, focusing on Shalla-Bal, the Female Silver Surfer.
We also see our superheroes bending their trained abilities, although the fans are particularly burst over the Pascal who eventually stretching its ends in a true main fantastic way.
In addition, the trailer promises a refreshing repression of the utopian world that the fantastic four of the universe is apparently built. For the first time, great scientist Reed Richards shows insecurity in his ability to handle a cosmic problem. Viewers believe that Doctor Doom, whose absence in this repetition is deeply noticeable, is laughing somewhere.
Everything leads to Doom
Now with the events: Doomsday also on the street, we could see the evil scientist played by veteran MCU Robert Downey JR earlier than we think. Although the actor Iron Man does not star in the first steps, they may be on cards an average credit or after credit.
Last month, Marvel Studios threw the composition for the Avengers: Doomsday showing the chairs of all the actors involved, who included the Fantastic Four Quartet. At the end of the video was RDJ, who made a silent appearance to show who the boss of the next Avengers movie will be – perhaps for the second time.
In an interview with Screen Rant, former Doctor Doom Portrayer Julian McMahon is reflected in the RDJ that carries the character’s legacy. “Is Robert. Do you know what I mean? What will you say?
He added that his crew from the 2005 film navigated a difficult sphere of potential, which has become easier for superhero films to do now. “If you have Robert Downey Jr, who is one of the big creatives of the latter, as many years we watch.
