Bilawal Bhutto Zardari self isolates after falling victim to COVID-19

KARACHI: Pakistan People’s Party Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari tested positive for COVID-19, after which he confirmed that he was self isolating.

This news comes just a day before the engagement of the decade between Bilawal’s sister Bakhtawar and her beau Mahmood Chaudhry.

Earlier, Bilawal House sources had confirmed to TPD Investigations Desk that no one would be allowed to attend the engagement without negative COVID-19 test results.

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also be unable to attend the Pakistan Democratic Movement’s (PDM) jalsa in Multan which is scheduled to be held at 30 November.

Ali Musa Gilani, the son of former Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani was arrested yesterday for breaking COVID-19 guidelines.

The PPP confirmed that the jalsa would still go on despite arrests.

PML-N President Mian Shehbaz Sharif extended thoughtful prayers, wishing him a quick recovery.

Information Minister Shibli Faraz prayed for Bilawal’s quick recovery.
