Maryam Nawaz to Announce Major Relief Package for Flood Victims: Azma Bokhari

Lahore: Punjab Minister for Information and Culture, Azma Bokhari, said that Punjab is currently facing severe weather challenges. The ongoing rains and floods for the past four months have affected millions of lives, but timely measures by the Punjab Government have set an unprecedented example in relief and rescue operations. Azma Bokhari said that 4,355 villages have been affected by floods, impacting a population of 4.199 million people. JIT finds Gogi Butt guilty in Balaj Tipu Murder Case

LAHORE: A Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing murder of Ameer Balaj Tipu has declared Khawaja Aqeel, commonly known as Gogi Butt, guilty in the case. According to JIT sources, Butt was mastermind behind killing of Ameer Balaj and maintained close contact with the prime suspect, Taifi Butt. Officials revealed that Gogi Butt previously been nominated in several murder cases linked to the Tipu family. JIT announced that it will request the cancellation of his bail during the next court hearing.
