Ambassador Saima Sayed presented her credentials to President Macky Sall

DAKAR: The newly appointed ambassador of Pakistan in Senegal Saima Sayed presented her credentials to President of Senegal Macky Sall in a ceremony held at the Presidential Office of Senegal.

Later meeting the president, she highlighted the strong bilateral ties of Pakistan with Senegal and to build new partnerships in diverse fields.

Ambassador Saima Sayed has also concurrent accreditation to Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, The Gambia, Sierra Leone and Cabo Verde.

During her diplomatic career, she held various positions in Pakistan’s missions of Paris, New Delhi and New York. She also remained Deputy Spokesperson in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
