Actress Neelam Muneer tests positive for COVID-19

Neelam Munir Khan, one of the most sought-after actresses in the Pakistani entertainment industry has tested positive for COVID-19
Khan has a huge following on Instagram account where she often shares her photos, videos and thoughts.
The actress on Tuesday revealed that she has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
In a post on Instagram, the diva said she was observing self-isolation and requested her followers for prayers.
“Assalamualaikum everyone, I would like to give you all a helpful update on some of the things that i have been going through at my end for the past few days. I have tested positive for COVID-19, however my family my family members are all safe and healthy, Alhamdulillah”, she wrote
“This has been one of the most challenging and difficult things that personally me and my family have ever had to endure. I have quarantined my self and alhamdulillah I’m feeling much better now.”
“I request all of my well-wishers to please pray for my speedy recovery and I also request all of you to please observe all the SOPs”
“Protect your loved ones by wearing masks in public places, avoid large gatherings, boost your immune system, and above all trust in Allah”, she added
Other Pakistani celebrities who had also tested positive for Covid-19 include Rubina Ashraf, Nida Yasir, Yasir Nawaz, Alizeh Shah, Yashma Gill, Vasay Chaudhry, Usman Mukhtar and Naveed Raza to name a few.
According to official figures, the nationwide tally of COVID-19 patients in Pakistan stood at 420,294 on Wednesday morning.
